Yuuko Xue is a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Quantitative Genetics and Genomics (QGG) at Aarhus University, Denmark. Her research focuses on phenomics through explainable models and its application in selective breeding.
Yuuko completed her PhD at Wageningen University in the Netherlands, where she worked on aquaculture breeding using AI-integrated image analysis. She has hands-on experience across multiple aquaculture species and livestock, contributing to both breeding programs and precision farming.
In this webinar, she will share the progress of the portfolio analysis for SCAR FISH, including the methods applied and some preliminary results.
